The divine nature of Jesus has been a hotly contested issue from the very days that our Lord walked upon this earth. The Gospel accounts and a number of the Letters were written to focus on this particular issue, and they were necessary for good reason. Whether or not we acknowledge Jesus as the Son of God has deep implications on those who claim to be Christians. The foundation on which we build our faiths matters, and this lesson considers those implictions by looking at five things that cannot be accepted if we reject Jesus as the divine Son of God, our Lord and Savior.
