True excellence does not happen by accident, but it is a result of someone having a burning desire within them to be excellent. This is true about just about everything in life including our faith. If I am a person that wants to be excellent in my faith then I must be a person who has a strong burning desire to be excellent in my faith because such excellence is going to take time and effort. I must be a zealous person! This lesson looks at a few other reasons why we ought to be zealous for the Lord, and then it considers how it is that we can achieve a high level of zeal within our lives.
