A Widow & Two Copper Coins

Jesus, the master teacher, often taught in various ways. One such teaching tactic was to compare and contrast. This might be exactly what Jesus is doing in Mark 12:38-44 when Mark goes from His rebukes of the scribes to His swelling words of commendation for the widow who gave an offering of two small copper coins to the treasury of the temple. This lesson looks at what impressed Jesus so much about this woman and some important lesson we, too, can learn from her.
