A Prayerful Mindset

In Luke 18:9-14, we find Jesus sharing a parable with those who trusted in themselves and were self-righteous. While the primary focus might be on our general disposition, I believe we can also look at this parable and draw some specific applications as to how we approach our daily prayers in regards to the attitude and mindset we possess. This lesson looks at what a proper prayerful mindset cannot include, and then we turn around and look at what a prayerful mindset demands of us.
