The Worthy Man Of Job 31

The story of Job is one that many of us know so well. A good and blameless man was cursed by the great tempter. His children were taken,  his property was stripped from him, and his own body was ravaged. On top of it all, his friends spoke to him as if he had brought all of his misery upon himself through sinful actions. Job must certainly have been frustrated by these strong accusations that were being brought against himself, and he finally pauses to consider the type of man that would be worthy of his misfortune in Job 31. This lesson begins by looking at the man worthy of punishment as described by Job, and then it concludes with an examination of the type of man that Job actually was and why that allowed him to be a man worthy of God's praise.
