Praise The Lord (Psalm 145)

Series: 2017 Daily Bible Reading (Wisdom Literature)

King David was not only a mighty warrior, but he is also known for being a man of music. Upon his death, the Scriptures refer to David as the "sweet Psalmist of Israel." Out of the last sixteen Psalms in the Psalter, seven are attributed to having been written by David. Psalm 145 is a Psalm that gives us insight into the mind of David and how we view praise towards God. This lesson looks at how David believed praise should be offered up to God from mankind, and it also details why it is that the God of heaven is worthy of such praise from mankind.
