With so many people having so many different ideas about what part baptism plays in our faith, it can become quite overwhelming and confusing. I'd like to suggest that we just take a step back and let the Bible speak for itself on the topic of water baptism. The Inspired Text is quite clear about what part baptism plays, and this lesson takes a simple look at 4 things that happen when an individual is baptized with a purpose while putting his or her faith in Jesus Christ.
